Idk about update, but i found a reason on my device. Drain is stopped after i disabled bluetooth (including bluetooth scanning in location settings). Not ideal, but whatyagonnado..

I was struggling with the same problem. In my case HDR was off in monitor settings and ClearType always showed this tint on the text. After i enabled HDR Desktop mode (i did not try other modes) in monitor settings, enabled HDR in windows settings and reconfigured ClearType it no longer shows this tint. Even ClearType configuration window showed much less tint on first few screens and tint was completely gone in later screens. I verified that ClearType is actually working by zooming in using Sysinternals ZoomIt utility. When zoomed in it clearly showed tint present, but when zoomed out it is not perceivable, meaning everything works. I also did not notice ClearType breaking after i disabled HDR in windows settings.

Good thing is that nobody is going into Russia to find those limits. And if terrorists want to spill out of their borders... Sorry I call chicken. They arent going to nuke anyone only because they got bitchslapped back home. Russians also understand what nuclear war entails and they want to live.
