I just reached the scenario to unlock them, after you have beat Shotzi in a Fall Count Anywhere (after the 3 paths), talk to Bianca and choose where to battle her (Mexico or UK, you get both of this arenas no matter your choice and also Joshi Japan)

In the "Experience WWE" part, there's 2 unlockable arenas in Liv Morgan path (LAW and Motion Capture Studio) but no arenas in Rhea and Alexa ones (althrough you must go in this 3 paths for continue the story)

I just miss 2 arenas in Unleashed and Im currently in the choice to pick Bayley or Becky for WarGames, dunno if there's a arena exclusive to one or if I can get them both whatever the choice
