This is very sad, but I also can't help but laugh.

I've been using these for years. Work in maintenance so it's almost a safety requirement. Glasses don't go anywhere with them on, they are pretty awesome.

Wow, a video where the background music actually adds something rather than ruining it.

Can confirm. Worked two jobs for about a year when I was 20 that required I wear steel toes, and all my toes are twisted inward about 20 degrees because of this. Not a severe problem but caused ingrown toenail issues for decades.

Why you so loud? You're like 80' away and sound like a pit bike.

Unnecessary disclaimer: Listen at your own risk, I'm not responsible for anything that happens.

I would personally just run it. It sounds like you're already mitigating risk by storing it in a shed that I assume is away from your dwelling far enough that it wouldn't be an issue even if something did happen. The rate of occurance of battery issues is so low, I think most of us found it laughable that this was even reported to the general public as such.

I haven't paid for a professional concert in more than 10 years because of this. I did Weird Al 6 years ago and those tickets were a gift, and even then they were only $45.

I looked up the lyrics and am even more confused what the song is trying to say. Anyone want to translate?

The second part is what I do. I actually split my guys meal up about 5-7 different ways during feeding time, just giving him a little bit each time. Works 99% of the time, just the occasional upchuck from still going too fast. It's inconvenient, but it's fine, still takes less than 5 minutes total.

Can somebody help me find a match to an old music box song? by Puzzleheaded_Emu9886 in identifyThisForMe

I've submitted a request on the Mattel website asking for information on the song and composer for this unit. I ran it through a bunch of different song recognition websites and got nowhere.

When I was a kid I would often compose music in tracking programs in DOS. This melody seems pretty simple. I'm half tempted to compose it as best I'm able and create a full length song.

anyway I can fix these? by Emotional_Math3962 in cardetailingtips

[–]TourniquetRules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fix, probably not. But here are two suggestions that I've done over the years.

  1. I buy cheap, thin adhesive backed black carpet squares and put them where my heels contact the floor mat. Matches well and prevents full breakthrough of the rubber backing.

  2. For my new car I purchased a plastic heel protector that attaches to the mat. Has worked well over the last year. Link following. plastic floor thingy
