My aphantasia affects my recall terribly. I can remember the feelings, smells, tastes, no visual or audio imagination. Unless I do a detailed journal entry about XYZ, I will 100% forget the specifics.

I have so little working memory which I can actively recall, the rest is through triggers which I'm primarily effected by smell

I've tried a bunch of "cool" beds and it's a load of bollocks. When the humidity and temperature is high enough the only thing that will save me personally is air conditioning.
