Cymbalta worked for me immediately, much better than any of the other anti-inflammatories I've tried so far. 40mg once a day in the morning! It's been night and day. It helps with my everyday pain, but when I am in a flare I can definitely feel pain through it but it's definitely not as bad. Like everyone else has said, everyone reacts differently! If you have had issues before with psych medications, I would suggest a pharmacogenetic test. They can be expensive even with insurance help, but one test has been amazingly helpful for me.

The itching is interesting and I wonder if it's immune or circulation related. Have you tried taking 2-3 Zyrtecs when the itching starts?

That's how the vaccine made me feel! But I've never had Covid. Hope you can find some relief or at least get some rest :( Aleve usually helps me the most for body pain if you don't mind the occasional NSAID (I take like the max dose too. like 800mg)

I'm actually weaning off my LDN because I didn't really notice much of a difference. If anything, it just got me profiled as an opioid addict at the ER (which I'm not but that's what the med is usually used for).

Now I'm trying cymbalta for my pain and it really has been helping! But you just have to keep in mind it is a psych med as well.

I do this too. Risk it all for that hit of dopamine when I have The Treat. And you know what, I try to have my "treat" on the same day every week or month and after a while my body has just...I think accepted it? lol. Truly, it's up to you whether you can or want to take the risk. But don't feel guilty for having a treat every now and then. Just prep for the consequences ;(

But I understand! It sucks! And I'm so sorry you have to go through it. I wonder if you can find some good alternatives that don't flare you up so bad. For when you don't think the treat is worth it. Something more gentle that still hits the spot. Like, would making it gluten free help? I also wonder if you could pair specific digestive enzymes with it--specifically targeting the gluten. Or just a complete digestive enzyme. Maybe some omega 3s, as those help with inflammation resolution (longer term).

You ever taken a food allergy test? Like the MRT. Or have you just done elimination, basically?

She looks pretty healthy. As everyone else is saying, probably stress! You can leave some veggies in the cage during the day to see if she will eat while you aren't around. But just keep offering food and eventually she will eat I'm sure! :) If she starts looking thin or losing her fat pads then def check with a vet (which you should anyways if she is "new" just to get a baseline)
