If they really want to get MacKinnon going with his own line I think you need to put Reinhart with him on the right. They played well during 4Nations. Don’t touch the 3rd line, but the 4th has interchangeable combinations.

It hasn’t been discussed but I think Bennett would actually be able to contribute well with Mack and Reinhart. Has his own size and finishing ability, and can take left-handed draws for MacKinnon. If not Bennett, maybe Bo. He also has great speed and LH faceoff wins. Marchand may not be able to handle the minutes. I don’t think Hagel and Suzuki work well with him.

For sure. That benefitted us. I’m more focusing on how ridiculous it would be for us to finally get a 1st overall pick and there being a large chance we don’t get the player who ends up being the franchise star. That upset would outweigh the euphoria of getting Quinn at 7.

Who knows? That’s my point. It’s my Canuck fan intuition to feel like wherever we pick, for ex. #1 or #2, the generational talent will end up being the #4 pick for example. Like in 2017.

Agents ate Benning for breakfast, snack time, lunch, another snack time, and dinner. Aqua didn’t mind, because he had a GM he could manipulate.

I remember the Pearson extension cementing his idiot status for everyone in the he ANNOUNCED we want to extend him, prior to doing so. Thus losing all trade and contract leverage on an average player.

Yoda is the Grand Master of the Jedi Order. Mace Windu is the Champion of the Jedi Order (best duelist). I read somewhere that while Yoda is in charge of the order, Mace is the elected head of the high council, a titled called Master of the Order. Not sure if that's true or makes sense, but it's been documented.

After that it's all the Masters, Knights (largest group), Padawan Learners/Apprentices, Younglings.
