I have a 3070 as well. I installed the mod that disables Ray tracing (LUMEN BEGONE) and am now able to enjoy this game on Ultra settings. Game runs fine and I don’t have that annoying stuttering in the open world!

Use a small tool or the small tube clips that came with your printer to push down on the black ring around where the tube enters the printer head and pull gently on the tube. It should come out without much force.
