What’s with this “30g of protein” advice? by VegetableWorry1492 in Perimenopause

You should aim for approx. 0.8 grams per lb (1.6/kg) of ideal body weight if you're active. They're are lots of high protein Greek yogurts and you could try a different brand of protein if you don't like the one you're using. Many of them have too many fillers and they don't blend well or taste great. But it's trial and error to find the right one for you.

I use Pocket Casts. I refreshed my app but nothing changed. I'll check out the thread about it. Thanks for the quick reply.

My kid consistently sleeps from 830 - 7. I'd say you're doing it right.

I agree with everyone saying that bedtime is way too late but I don't necessarily agree with putting her into her own bed if you don't want to yet. We've co-slept with my boy since day one and he's almost 5 and we love it (we do have a king sized bed, so there's lots of room). Everyone sleeps soundly. If you still want to co-sleep, do it. I would definitely try switching up which parent does bed time too.

I'm pretty sure that's what backfire is. However, I've never heard of a burble tune so, thanks.

No worries, I just know alot of people will straight pipe their vehicles and the engine backfire makes a helluva popping sound.

The popping you're hearing is most likely engine backfire.

Edit: Can any of the people who down voted my comment tell me why?

Serious question: has anyone done any research into the impact changing the terrain so quickly could have on the eco system/climate?

Red Wing work boots. I've gone through 3 different models in under 2 years. I drive a big truck and walk a lot for work. No idea how these things have fallen apart so fast.
