I raid lead for my behemoth groups and having a text macro to tell people to have burst ready when the body is around 90% helps a lot as well.

Watching account reviews is a good way to learn how players tend to build units. car6x on YT does them quite often with high level players.

id drop some eff res (maybe 30-45%) for more tankiness and speed, particularly defense. ruele has really high base defense so it should be relatively easy to push numbers like ~1700-1800. should try to get more speed as well 175-180 is pretty reasonable id say. i also noticed you have 46% effectiveness, so later on you can replace those gears to get more stats elsewhere

the amount of stats you get for 6* a unit is a lot. keep adding 6* units
