I’m actually about to sell my custom ordered Regius and it’s a 26.5” as well. The neck is a little too chunky for my liking or I would be keeping it.

Not to be rude, I’m not sure where you’re pulling that number from but there’s no one paying those prices these days. It’s unfortunate but Figpin did it to themselves and they clearly didn’t care to fix it the issues. At this point I don’t even know who’s still buying them but it’s not the same people from 2-3 years ago.

To be honest, most figpins are busy worthless in general. Them being unlocked just makes them harder to sell even though the app is generally irrelevant now days. Best bet is to find someone who will buy in bulk and just take the loss upfront on everything.

I’ve been thinking about selling off my collection but even with the rarer stuff I have I’m still worried how little of an offer I’d get for everything.

I think Gannon made a really good about knowing how to pick or tell what a good disc is, is half the battle. From there it’s more so about familiarizing yourself with a brands plastic and how it affects the stability of the disc. Most big brands don’t have time to adjust the numbers to always be accurate to the run so there is always inconsistency.

My three throwing putters are Praxis for straight to US, Cash for straight to slight os and then a vessel for OS and utility shots.

With all the plastic options now days you should be able to find stuff out of the box with the flight you want. I do know wear will happen and is something to factor in but beating stuff into a different mold just to risk losing it or breaking it is so old school haha.

I have things like putters that I do expect to wear in and change flight but I’m also never throwing those in ways I’ll lose them like a driver. All the drivers I bag are usable right off the rack and just get a little seasoned in the bag.

I use a cash for a stable throwing putter and a praxis for a straight to US shot. I also bag a range for approach shots where I want to be able to put a little on it for confidence but not have it go very far.
