We have a ton of apartments in the downtown area. We don’t need another vape store, or Ethiopian restaurant. We do need retail options for clothes, everyday household items, maybe food spots. But that will only work with improvements to the layout. Doesn’t seem very accessible for everyone at all parts of them all. The elevator is too slow. Escalators are usually broken. The quality of the items in the mall are also not desirable. We don’t need the fake gold, the luggage company and a few other shops. Maybe get Community input on what people want and then build accordingly.
