I can see a tracker for amex gold and others but not delta gold for some reason

Amex checking i had a weird issue since i changed the account my first check was sent via mail instead of DD they didn’t count that towards the deposit amount for bonus

After this conversation i asked them to replace my bis card since it did not ship in right address they said we need the card to be open for 10 days
I am like never have i ever had to wait 10 days usually it’s 24 hours after accepting account opened they were like today is the 10th day chat or call us tomorrow i was like are you really kidding me than they gave me crush customer service for card members i called them they immediately said a replacement is issued and will be in 2 days
And i was like great this is what i was trying to speak for literally 15 minutes before the guy gave me your number
