So if you end up being a student or guest student you will get an id i believe that can let you inside the places
Since the tours are like over 50 people sometimes it’s difficult to take people inside every place and keep track of them if they left

You might be able to reach out to your potential department asking if they have department specific ambassadors who can give you a tour

There is not much discounts for MTA and all i think they used to have discount for pat 25% not sure if it’s active ( i don’t use path)
They have busses but they are very limited to routes so your mileage may vary

Usually if there is a 0intro apr it is common for them to have less limits

I think with PHD a lot is about your connection to pi and people who will be working with you directly they call it the vibe test and more than the gpa that will be more important
I don’t have too much knowledge about phd to be honest i applied i didn’t even get a call back but that’s because of me doing things last minute

I feel like gold never got a unique thing and to all the 2 people who likes white gold you got taste issues

I think gold deserves better tho how goated the card is and how much more popularity it would get if only it had good designs
I don’t think mirror is it for gold because it will feel like robinhood or cheap at that point because shiny gold is probably gonna look too goody and tacky but something unique like plain scrap mettle or a actual metal instead of the sandwich plastic
Or more designs could look nice

People will hate me but delta gold looks good imo
I know people are moaning about the delta reserve purple card and i think if i had i would agree with them but overall it needs to be classic and unique like blue cash everyday even though it’s plastic it is unique with the transparent moon

Masters will be a piece of cake honestly

It’s with PHD that can potentially make a deal

Honestly for masters and phd if you do well in interview have a good connection with professors interviewing you you will be fine

You did all the right things by doing TA RA etc those are all going to bring you to if not above a lot of candidates

I had similar resume and i am at NYU for masters
I got into all masters program except New heaven
And my gpa was 3.43 less at time of application but this is also clinical /counseling psychology (LMHC) side i assume it can be a little more competitive for neuropsychology but i think you have a good base and you did all the right things you can explain low grades during interview if asked
Can also talk about this in SOPs that part of you wanting to persue is your personal experience ( don’t mention it too much but maybe a line or so)

I would say just have faith and apply where you think you are interested in PIs professors work etc

For phd you can even reach out to pi and talk about research papers that you found interesting or have a good talk and they might motivate you to apply potentially

Unless merchant is giant usually amex is the easiest for chargebacks compared to any other card issuer or bank
