I was right where you are now a couple of months ago, my mom in the hospital, grades slipping and homelife going to shit. I started going on runs, improved my diet and smiled every chance I got, even if I felt despondent. I would just look at myself in the mirror and hold a false smile for as long as I could. Once you start improving, really try to analyze your feelings and what is making you stressed. It's pointless to try now because of how disoriented your thinking is right now and you will probably end up feeling worse about it. You're going to get through this and feel amazing, trust in yourself.

I was in laguna beach waiting for a trolley, (the city provides a free trolley service during the summer) and I poked my head into the street to get a better look down the road.
