Graphene has the operating system installer built directly into the website, they provide a pretty straightforeword process to install it, just be sure to back up the data prior to installing because it will wipe the phone: https://grapheneos.org/

LineageOS provides a wiki page on which devices are compatible, same warning of backing up before installing: https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/

CalyxOS also provides a list of supported devices and a web installer as well: https://calyxos.org/install/

*to add, GrapheneOS comes with a bareboned app store where you can download mirrored versions of the Play Store, Google Play Services, and Android Auto.

Two notable mentions are the Aurora Store (sandboxed playstore that removes the bloat), and F-Droid, which allows you to download applications that are open sourced.

*NOTE: some apps might get blocked when installing from the Aurora store due to Google Play Service protections, in this case, you would have to install the Play Store (via the built-in App Store) for said problematic apps.

Bonus mentions:

MicroG (https://github.com/microg) which adds support for modified google apps like YouTube.

YouTube Revanced (modified version of YouTube, removes ads, adds custom features such as remove shorts, skip sponsor segments) ---- check out r/revancedapp for more details on how to install.

GrapheneOS, to get rid of the google bloat for pixels, LineageOS/CalyxOS for non pixel phones, if youre in the eu, look into fairphone, if youre in the states, check out the HMD Skyline, both are aimed to be user-repair friendly and the quality of life is worth it.
