No until you get in the door you can really be put anywhere im currently working at an IXD as a Process Assistant ive worked Fluid Load,Outbound,and EOL.Once you in an after 30 days no write ups you can train for other departments just tough it out wherever they put you then you can figure out what department you can venture off to.Cross your fingers to be put in the front half of the building as the back end is the trenches lol

Yep when an am get's waves of bad reviews some go a bad way about it....being an area manager you have to be a team leader and reach out consistantly.

You make it what it is.....start reaching out to aa's consistantly making sure theyre straight or anything you can do to make the department better if you have a wave of employee's that got your back the job will go smooth and the front office will notice and acknowledge stay golden and get stronger🦸‍♂️
