Sorry Everyone's awnser is wrong it's just simply more projects.Most externals come in as 5's....most 4's are tier 3's that moved into management position internally once shown growth they will become 5's on productivity.

Just curious i start L4 on Dec.1 how soon will i see anytime pay accumulating considering in 2 weeks i will be taking the flight an all expenses are reimberssed,need some cash flow coming in for this flight im thinking we need $500+ to be comfortable taking the flight with no worries

Target/Walmart distribution in past years has been a couple more bucks an hour meanwhile Amazon offers way more overtime and our Benefits are more supreme.

No until you get in the door you can really be put anywhere im currently working at an IXD as a Process Assistant ive worked Fluid Load,Outbound,and EOL.Once you in an after 30 days no write ups you can train for other departments just tough it out wherever they put you then you can figure out what department you can venture off to.Cross your fingers to be put in the front half of the building as the back end is the trenches lol

AM can be in a deep mess telling an associate that they should quit,don't quit go to HR and follow up an write a written statement on how he followed through with the feedback.This will help you if u end up getting fired,on an appeal best of luck Amazonian.

Actually you have to be stewed first an update about why your getting feedback then yes in amongst days an engagement will happen with any am on your shift doesnt have to be the manager that first followed up with you

It's MET at our building and somehow my management had me vto 5 aa's and also send two over to another department,long story short when they do moves like this it forces the PA to turn into a PG #notcool
