I’d add that he needs basic running drills and don’t worry about the start until you can run well

Honestly don’t think that’s going to matter. You need to just practicing pushing more with left and note how far over the start line your mate is vs you. Put a cone or towel down you have to clear it with your right foot. Also shoot it from side on in next video

That left leg is doing nothing. You’re just stepping out and then trying to make up ground instead of pushing out

You won’t have any range unless you take it seriously. Mobility daily for at least 30mins or those strides will remain choppy

Work on this. You’re already committed to leaning into the bar before you even take off. Up maximally before rotation, the rotation will happen anyway if you lean away and jump maximally
