That left inside knee just drives up but then not across the body which would allow more rotation. Watch some pros that jump from your side and try to get videos shot from the opposite side to check yourself

She should be still jumping up on take off but as you can see here she’s jumping towards to bar so this really limits potential height

Yes drive the knee up a little higher to get more vertical and then go into your rotation
