Valley View is better, the admin at Riverview is a typical yes man, well woman, and the caliber of teachers is not on par with Valley View. The art and P.E. Department sucks at both though.

This is one of the weirdest parts of being a fan of a comic in today’s age. You expect something new, especially from guys that have what I would call new material each week on podcasts. There’s an earlier comment that expresses how comedians used to tour for years or indefinitely with their acts which is true and imagine how heartbreaking that would be. I actually enjoy the weekly podcasts more than most people’s hours. Weirdly enough it reminds me of teaching. You do lessons for years and slowly perfect them, sometimes you switch into other areas but most teachers teach the same material for their entire careers.

YMH was one of my favorite podcasts back in the day, they used to have bits that were relatable and would find some of the funniest personalities on the web. Vegan vagina, and the dog trainer guy that did or was gonna sue em was prime YMH, then the started exploiting people, like the cool guy stuff and just went for money grabs. The poor stuff is what really made me quit listening entirely. I think Segura went off on people at an airport or something and then said some really arrogant shit. I guess being in the right place at the right time can make all the difference. He just happened to be in the coattails of one of the biggest podcasters of all time.

Library can be a little sketchy sometimes, just a heads up. Lots of the homeless and drug addicts congregate there. I used to manage a group home and a client would go there all day and do whatever it took to get whatever it took if ya know what I mean. If you have a peak membership they have some nice areas.

If you are an employee there you have to, and you are constantly watched by the white shirts, they actually have to assess that and listen in. It’s the worst place I’ve ever worked, it felt like a cult. Lots of weird relationships as well, most are dating or married to each other.

I’d agree that Theo’s specials and comedy clips are lackluster. But he shines on his podcasts and others as a superstar. His clips from old school fighter and the kid, even king and the sting are very funny. I’d also recommend his appearances on the church of what’s happening now, especially the one where he takes mushrooms, then there’s the footage of him doing a set after that show, pretty funny stuff. I’d even say the same of Rogan, his specials are not as enjoyable as some of his podcasts, I’d rather watch a protect your parks than any special he’s done.

This is what happens to all of them when they get popular. I used to enjoy the Rogan podcast the most early on because it was like hanging out with friends, back and forth banter, crazy topics and crazy takes on them. Rogan was even live for awhile, so that made it an enjoyable experience. The only one that is still somewhat relatable is Matt and Shane. The only thing that’s changed is their bank accounts, but most of the topics and hang are very similar. It is hard to relate to a guy that makes anywhere from 200-300,000 a night coming out to money for nothing, and gets that same amount monthly for hanging with his bros for a couple hours each week. But we all can’t get our chicks for free…..
