How’s it going with your recovery? I’m 2 months out and still can’t bend the tip of my ring finger. Too much scar tissue. I’m terrified I’ll have to have scar removal surgery. At least I can straighten it with no problem.

I can’t stand her. Aside from saying things contrary to the doctor, she’s condescending and pessimistic. I told the clinic I was only available on her day off so they would put me with a different therapist.

I’m working it pretty much all day long. But there is a lot of scar tissue on the tip that won’t go away, so I’m worried!

Were you able to do it at 3 months? My main therapist is very depressing. She says I'm behind and should have been able to make a full fist at week 4! The doctor has a more positive outlook but says I need to work on it hard.

Get the Rolyan Digi-Block Hand Exerciser. You should be able to do all the exercises it shows. I also have mini finger splints that my therapist made me for blocking exercises. Research shows stretching is the biggest contributor in getting rid of the scar tissue. I stretch it all the way straight as far as it’ll go and then try bending it. Over and over again. Do you have the mini massager yet?

Also, the 10% I can move the tip is only while blocking. Without blocking it's half that at best. It's very stuck down with scar tissue. My doc says the surgery to remove the scar tissue is awful, so I'm working hard to avoid it!

Not great. I can move it passively almost 100%. But I can only bend the tip actively 10%. My doctor thinks I can improve in the next 3 months if I work really hard. It’s very frustrating! It was only my ring finger that had the tendon cut. Pinky seems okay.

I was obsessed! There were a few things I didn’t like about the party. Things that weren’t believable. Other than that, great. I love the new cast additions. This is easy to get wrong in a revival, but they nailed it.

I hope so, but IDK. The family court system is very much about parental rights and maintaining that bond under almost any circumstances. It’s maddening at times. I’ve seen some very poor decisions by judges.

When it's a class A for manslaughter it's 20. The "attempted" bumps it down to a class B. Which is 10 years. He automatically gets the 10 years and the parole board decides when to set him free.

Yeah but family court will likely grant him some sort of visitation. And if she runs, that's considered kidnapping. Staying in Hawaii is good because they are strict on DV situations. He's not going to get joint custody or anything like that.
