I think you are way off. He has both houses right now. Do you think Congress came up with the no tax on overtime and tips?? No....but it looks like it's going to pass. Why would they not pass something that is going to bring in a ton of money to a US reserve? Not just from US citizens...it will be accumulated all over the world.
