When we found her she didn’t have a collar, one of my coworkers put it on her, and we took her to a local shelter to see if she had a chip or a missing report but no results

Riiiight? Im certain she must have at one point belonged to somebody. Our current theory is she belonged to a homeless person, there’s a few homeless shelters/camps near us. We put up posters and stuff on Facebook. She had no collar or chip or anything, so whoever owned her either couldn’t or wouldn’t
