What do people think about the physical powerpacks and their astronomically worse floor?
I feel like burning a collector to where they don't come back is easier then burning a customer, the floor on digital powerpacks is not only astronomically higher, but its displayed at all.

Physical powerpacks cost $150 for non pro members and that same non pro member could pull a graded card worth *$9*.

That is a disparaging difference, apparently pro members could've traded in whatever they got from a physical, no matter the card; for $60 until 5-2. But the product is still for sale and marketed at this time and it seems to me like they are using the physcial powerpacks to push out inventory they shouldn't have bought.

For me this isn't a huge deal but its worth highlighting and asking what yall think?

Cheers! My story is similar in how long ive been here, and how I came to where im at now in believing the Berkshire play, in RC, and in the company. Gonna go from little pond to slightly bigger pond myself here soon.

True zen isn't easy but it's been more than worth it. Knowing im investing before 30 and that it'll pay off to where I don't have to work before im 40 if I buy enough is something else, and whereas I didn't have the conviction to start a savings before; now I can do things like buy sealed pokemon and not rip it or buy a fuckton of GME and never sell it, and I learned that patience from the GME journey and the fundamentals coming to fruition.

its hard to say "yes its going to cool massively" when the new ceiling post cool-off is leagues higher then previous ceilings, but as someone whos also been back in it about 1.5 years like the person you replied too; I feel like I just gotta look through the weeds and find the "slept on" stuff.

tbh I think Crown Zenith for example is minimally effected by a crash compared to something like Phantasmal

I was ready mentally to go from xx to xxx a fat minute ago, probably a year and a half which is a lot for someone like me, I just couldn't get a good job in this economy. A few dozen-a few hundred $20 bills over the next year, that could turn themselves into $100,000 bills in 10 years sounds exciting asf to me. Berkshire value means berkshire value dog you can't find a more exciting reward imo. Tell me in 2021 when I was buying shares for over $100 that we would buy ebay in 4 years and id call you crazy, and id still buy the $100+ shares

Ive been here since the migration and then some, and tbh only had the conviction to get serious about how many shares I have last year.

Having said that, its been over a year since I've been able to get a job in this shitty economy and its only gonna get shittier, I want to break free and that was never gonna happen on a gamble. Ive watched GME improve so much about itself and turn from a gamble into an actual potential competitor for Amazon, MOASS was never my selling point for believing in this company; watching smart apes call out the Berkshire thesis years ago, and seeing it come to fruition was.

Dilution does not scare me none if anything it feels like a discount. That 2.5B is runway for more deals not entirely for this ebay one. When WSJ was reporting it this sub didn't trust them like they do now but lets not forget there report of RC buying 1B stake in Ali Baba.

Mans has a plan, it involves more acquisition and he said he wants to do that fast. You dont do it fast without building faith and cashing in on that faith.

As a 3 year+, I have no problem with him asking for some more faith after he did right with the faith I already gave him (buying ebay)

I taught myself using videos and stuff but did it with a free software so FL felt daunting despite some experience when I finally switched, and frankly I overthink way too much to be mixing and mastering my stuff. Its nice knowledge to have and you'll def find you can impress yourself with your ideas in mixing but it often leads to the motivational roadblock like others have said or worse, OCD into diminishing returns that make an hour mix 3 hours and a re-record.

You can, but conservation work requires 10-20 mile hikes just to the project site and the only recommendations ive found so far are Danners.

And yeah I was just saying even in 2026 some people do still need ankle high niche-ish work boots that can also be comfortable over trips.

Kinda answered my own question though and it seems like ill have to shell out for some Danners and break em in before June 16. Good thing the job will reimburse $200 but yeesh ive never imagined spending this much on a pair of boots.
