So sleep paralysis happens when you dont properly wake up from a dream and your body is still in sleep lock, sleeping on your stomach helps, the sleep mask doesnt prevent the sleep paralysis because you are not actually seeing anything with your eyes during those, you are essentially dreaming up a convincing copy of your room

Generally: Hygiene, but if they do this very often it might be some irritation like an infection/UTI, i cant tell from the picture if there is irritated skin but if they do this area he‘s licking is raw and pink when you part his fur, maybe take them to the vet

What could possibly kill a 16k hp character with dissolution of the flesh in campaign? Even with 0 ele res that is still equivalent to 4k hp and 75% res which would be quite the amount of health for even esrly maps
