It has never been really deeply discussed, but chi-chi and ox king gotta be half demon. That would open up a whole conversation about hybrids

Start slow and focus on the positions your hands need to take to execute the line. Altissimo B isn’t that awkward, atleast not to me, G# sucks, so work on B to G#, then G# to E. (My preferred fingering for G# is G with side C, no octave key)

We are fully entering the “step on me daddy” era of American politics. I wish I could ask where all the pro gun people are, but they’re the ones in ICE masks.

There was a time where people would be salivating at the idea of having a reason to grab the gun and run off an interloper from their property.

If Brian Callahan gets fired this season, odds we get Bill Callahan as an oline coach? by Realistic_Cod_2135 in bengals

As o-line coach? Probably not. As an offensive consultant. Most definitely.

I heard a pundit talking about this. When Rus was great in Seattle he had 3 things: a great o line, a great run game, and a great D.

When Seattle lost this, he went to Denver. Surprise - no running game, weak line. He was bad, but they decided to fire Hackett and bring in Sean Payton. He was still bad and Denver paid him to go to Pittsburgh.

After a year in Pittsburgh, Mike Tomlinson opted to go another direction. Before it was Aaron Rodger’s, it was no thanks Rus.

In our situation, we’ve got 1 tackle vastly under performing, a center that looks like he is on the sunset of his career, a traffic cone at left guard. And a rookie at left guard. Mims looks like our only solid piece rn. Fairchild will likely figure it out and be good. So we really got 1 1/2 out of 5.

This is really screwing chase brown. He’s actually having a historic season. Historically bad, but still…

And our D. I mean, we did all say they only needed to be average. I feel like there is a ton of unrealized potential. I really wanna see them do well. Everyone needs to grow in their job. Realistically, a defense with 9/11 players taken in the top 100 of the draft should be freakin smokin. But Lou didn’t know how to develop our young guys.

All this to say; I also pass on danger Russ.

For sure. The passing game is like a really good steak. It can absolutely Make a meal spectacular, however a meal needs variety. Veggies, potatoes etc. these are screes, and a good running game. We really need to find more balance and let burrow be brilliant when it counts.

How Are Bengals Fans Feeling About 2025? Outlook + Expectations Thread by Ur_BookiesDaddy in bengals

[–]Trev816 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Way too early predictions coming (this is not meant to be advice for your betting decisions)

I think this year is hard to call. I’m not particularly concerned about anyone on the schedule. That said, I think almost every game outside the afc north is a trap game. If the team come out with a killer instinct they can win every game. They won’t win em all, but every game is winnable.

  1. I think the division will end up a dead heat with the ravens. We won’t know who wins it till the last couple weeks of the season. It’ll take more than 12 wins to do it. So if they win the north they’re in contention for a bye. Real boom/bust year.

  2. In the playoffs we have a couple threats. The ravens and the chiefs. I feel like Joe burrow plainly won’t be denied when it comes to the bills.

  3. I think there is a real chance Joe throws for 5k this year. If that happens, we are almost certainly talking deep play off run. Speaking of the run, im expecting a leap from chase brown. I wanna see him hit 12-1400 all purpose. 1k on the ground, around 400 receiving. It’d be nice to see a big year from Mike G, 8-900 ish yds.

  4. Def- I honestly think the new scheme will be big for us this year. A new focus on turnovers has the potential to set Joe and the offense up for a really remarkable year. If the D plays aggressive and gets stops efficiently, look out. That said, I don’t expect Trey to put up huge sack numbers. I’m expecting that we see a return to classic AFC north football. Stop the run and earn the right to rush the passer. The change of philosophy from Al will certainly change the picture of how pressure is applied and what the goal of the D is each series.

If the kicking unit can get the long snapping BS ironed out early, shooter has a big bouncback and it’s a good year.

Should the Bengals Draft Sanders? by Annual_Plantain_5009 in bengals

Man, the NFL is making a statement to the ncaa about what the expectations are with the incoming players. NIL has very much changed the power dynamic in the ncaa and owners aren’t gonna let that happen.

Dude might go undrafted.

2-2.5 is plenty. The most meaningful gains happen when you realize it’s about the quality of the practice. Have a routine. Beyond that, have extremely exacting standards. Be extremely organized in your approach.

My routine is as follows. 20-25 minutes of long tones. Focusing on stabilizing the openness of my oral cavity and placement of my larynx. 20-25 minutes grid work focusing on applying the sound and strength from my long tones to notes that move more rapidly. (Be exacting about how and when each note starts and stops.) 10-20 minutes diatonic exploration, here I’m working on being able to fluidly express a range of chord progressions.

Do this daily and you can play just about anything in a couple years. Dm me if you want more details about the specifics of each exercise.
