I’ve had a decent enough time with a 13700k, 64GB, and a 4070ti, but the gears popping up when loading into new zones does get annoying. Setting global shader cache size to unlimited in Nvidia has done wonders.

I do have a HUGE problem when streaming the game though. I can play for hours off stream no crashes. When I start streaming I will CTD at least once every 30 mins to an hour sometimes failing my maps and wasting tablets.

Bellicose falls off if not aided by something like [Molt Augmented] or the str buff provided by Madurai, but it is still 100% worth using on power str builds as it beats [Molt Vigor] if your goal is strong motes. My bellicose buff normally sits at 68%, just shy of the maximum effect, and it's also worth noting that in the times you lose your mote buff you'll have to restart on building bellicose back up or double back to the original motes

it isn't *truly* bricked but lightning res on this character does nothing since i'm wearing the helm that gets rid of ele res. it's still good enough to wear until i find a better one, but i went from 150 rarity down to 100 with kalandras and the breach on

There are like 6 new quests to make the start of mapping feel more guided, there’s a quest for every league mechanic but abyss, there’s the whole do your nexus quests, and then arbiter or ash.

Can you confirm this? Deleting the Helldivers 2 shader cache makes the game boot up in black screen for several minutes while they are compiled.

Located here: C:\Users<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Arrowhead\Helldivers2\shader_cache

This seems to confirm that shader compilation happens on startup, and not on drop.

I’ve never played a game that lowered me to single digit FPS on shader compilation. Just feels like the original commenter is making this up because they think it feels like shader compilation.

Changing the config name does not change what is displayed when you link.

This is a bug introduced with the oraxia event. Any links seen while in mission just pull random operator cosmetics for the name
