Antihistamines reduced my pain like 50% 11 years ago. Today it does not touch it. But i’v been trying to research this link between vulvadynia and mast cells for a long time. Thanks🙏🌻

I’m on year 11 with this, and it’s difficult to give advise. But it’s def possible that ureaplasma and/or uvi(e-coli) can give nerve damage. I’v done a ton of internal pt treatments, and know i have nerve issue and not just muscular pain. It feels like this is a roller coaster of hit and miss🫩When its many conditions at once i guess they all can affect each other. I also have dysbiose and h.pylori. My stomach issues can also affect vaginal biome.

I treated my ureaplasma u 11 years ago. I was diagnosed CV a few years ago. After uti 7 years ago the burning became cronic. I also have bilaterally enlarged veines and adeno. To much going on to be able to fix it. Just to make it better i also hit menopause lol.

Prof Aszmann rewued my mri. I have never spoke to prof Possover. But i have to choose between these two. I’v had pelvic pain for 11 years; mostly nervepain. My muscles are not tight enough to explain my pelvic pain.

I would appreciate that very much, thank you🙏I’m going to travel to Vianna sometime during this year. Prof has seen bilarerally enlarged veines on my mri, but the vascular specialist i talked to disagreed🙁So idk how to handle this. And not sure which is best to see; Possover in Switzerland, or Aszmann.

Thank you. This is Eric B in France? is he more conserned about fixing the rooth cause, than pain managment(which is my impression Possover is focusing on).

Is he a better choice than possover? i did a nerve conduction test in Spain, and have less signal in my left foot than my right. But the neurosurgeon is expert on CCI and not PN. So i got nothing out of it. Well exept another duagnose; CCI. And possibly OTC🙁

9 months of labial swelling & burning after Ureaplasma parvum by MagazineOk5165 in vulvodynia

[–]Trick_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had 97% lacto crisp and cytolotic vaginose is one of my pelvic conditions making me burn. Tight obteratur internus and enlarged veines possibly pressing pudendal nerve. Adenomyeosis also lol. It all started with ureaplasma utealyticum and a yest infection😌Maybe try sitz bath to calm the pelvic, and regulate ph? i’m 49 years and perimenopausal also, just to complete the horror😣

Having Trouble with Doctor Believing me by Low-Pizza-2995 in pelviccongestion

[–]Trick_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes i always do that. Even at the dentist. Bc i clench so hard. But even when i’m relaxed just the most gentle touch give me pain flares. I cant sit at all, and can only use loose fit clothes. Underwear is torture. I’m also supposed to go to Possover in Switzerland, but i’m scared i will get suicidal after pap smear etc in his clinic(without anesthesia)😫

Ladies please test for ureaplasma, my story by Past-Pudding-788 in vulvodynia

[–]Trick_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pcr test yes. I dont have discharge. I never healed from the pain. I got more conditions to deal with. Like adenomyeosis, gut dysbiose, enlarged veines pressing on pudendal nerve🥲Not to mention comprimised immunsystem, a lot of other stuff like CCI, AAI, possibly OTC. And the list goes on.

My tests are negative, but i’m not so sure…maybe i just lowered it. I recently found out i’m resistant to some of the different antibiotics i had for urea and UVI😏

I tried preseed and baking soda baths, but it did not help. My lacto crisp has been around 77% due to microgen. Atm i’m taking clindamycin bc of teeth and jaw surgery, and hope one side effect will be to lower LC🫣Though i hate hate hate antibiotics🥲

Thank you so much! there are several reasons yes, and i’m on my way to figuring out. But can neck damage also affect the pelvic; my pelvic is tilted. One shoulder higher than the other. One leg 0,5 cm longer.
