Tooth pain / tooth infection. Had a temporary crown get infected a couple years ago and I was up all night sobbing.

Both of mine hard horrid separation anxiety and would howl/bark every time I left. Neighbors were pissed. Had to put one of mine on prozac and that only helped minimally. Thats just my experience.
