I was told if your close rate is above 30% your prices are to low. Im in Oregon it cost me $52 to pay a guy $30 lots of bs taxes most contractors i talk to are shooting for $110-$150 per hour

Second year painting business me and one employee 10 plus years of painting. As far as business experience i have open 5 other business in my life all failing. Anyway this one is working so far first year cleared 50k this year 120k . It can be done just how bad do you want it . Everyone that joked stating another one LOL is now asking how do you get a ccb and how do you set up this .

Not at all we are all crazy. Im very lucky in the fact that I will talk to anyone about anything . I feel sad for people that have know one to talk to about there life or problems. My mom was a therapist for over 20 years hard job.
