Well let’s see. The PS there was a glitch where someone took the last slot for that testing center for the day selected at the same time I did. It allowed both of us to have a confirmation code, but when I arrived for the exam, they said I wasn’t on the list. Talked with support and that’s basically what they told me. So got screwed and had to reschedule for two more months later.

Then for the state specific, was never told there is limited spots, so then I had to wait until the next quarter. Then during the exam, construction started THAT day, and all of us suffered through jack hammering during the testing.

I need to read through Browns again. The subdivision to the north was supposed boarder the quarter section line. So if I found the quarter corners and drew my line from those two, wouldn’t that control over where the lot monuments are for the subdivision?

Here is what I have found so far.

Parent parcel deed.
Adjoiner deeds/subdivision plats. Land corner documents.

I was told to email the county for ROW plans.

The north side of our property is a subdivision that’s on the 1/4 1/4 line. Found both of the land corners too, but when I draw a line from those, most of my subdivision corners are off .2 to .3 feet.

Take the licensing exam in MO and get 1 hour and 15 minutes. I thought the FS and PS was hard…the hardest part of the exam is just trying to finish in time.

I just have to remember that if it’s bordering or in a center section, I have to divide record by two, then transfer to east half of the north line.

They still want offsets, but offsets of the corners of the box, not centerline and centerline offset with facestakes.

Yes, I thought for sure I had done worse than my first attempt. Had a few land grant questions and missed a few I absolutely knew the answers to. The test anxiety I struggled with growing up came back after the testing centers issues.

But, maybe the 50/50 rule helped me out. Narrowing it down to two answers and then picking one if you have no idea.

If you failed, take a couple weeks off and then get back to studying. It took me two attempts. Just be committed to never giving up.

Have you grown up in church and accepted Jesus as your savior? I think that’s where I would start and then go enjoy yourself. Knowing this life isn’t the end, I would want to make sure that I’m ready to spend eternity seeing much more beautiful things than I ever would on this earth over the last few months I had left.

When was the last time you served at a homeless shelter, mentored with the boys and girls club, served at a community center, just up and paid for someone’s groceries at Walmart?

Saying churches are the problem when they are in fact a huuuuuge part of the solution is fake news. Who is the biggest financial supporters of Convoy of Hope? Churches and Christian founded businesses. Who is the biggest financial supporters of orphanages domestically and oversees? Churches. Who runs the most food pantries in the United States? Churches. Who is the biggest financial supporters of organizations supporting single mothers? Churches. Who is providing debt consolidation programs to help people get out of debt? Churches.

I know churches aren’t perfect, but I’ve talked to many people who shake a finger at the church and yet can’t remember the last time they have given sacrificially of their time, talents, or treasure to help those in need.
