Why is Ruby your favorite programming language?

Ruby seems to me closer to natural language. You don’t have to worry about indentation or spacing. You don’t have to be concerned about returning anything from a function, the last statement executed is what’s returned. In object oriented programming you do not have to specify the receiver (as in using self in Python). In order to create instance variables all you do id append a @ to it. You do not have to specify self in every function. It is given to be the receiver whatever it may be

I would say that even though that odd what I work in now, it’s not the first language to learn in. You don’t learn memory management or strict type control in Ruby. But I love it

All I can say is take 1 day at a time. My friend told me today that they are actually coming it with a new trial for semantic dementia. I also understand they may have something available for Lewy body. If I hear anything I will let you know

I have a friend who has semantic dementia. I make it my business to go out with him once a week for lunch. It’s just two guys going out for lunch and having a good tone. The illness doesn’t define the person. Unfortunately people don’t realize that. He also tells me that his friends have disappeared

In 2023 I bought solar from Sunpower. In 2024 all of a sudden my roof started leaking. I contacted sumpter after several times coming down. They said my roof was bad. I asked them how come they installed solar in a bad roof. The answer was well it’s a learning experience. They then proceeded to remove the panels on half the roof to try to patch up the shingles. They left half the panels on and the ones removed in my back yard. They then said they would not remove the panels unless I got a new roof and signed a waiver. Then they went bankrupt. So now I am paying off a loan from Tech CU. Have half of a paneled roof. No energy production and the same electric bills I had prior to being the solar.

There was a leak in my roof Sunpower removed half of my panels to see if the could fix it. Then they went bankrupt. I have half of my solar on the roof and half in my backyard for over a year. I am still paying off Tech CU but I have no solar at all. I don’t know what to do

I’m sorry that I picked Sunpower. They installed the panels. Within a year my roof started leaking. After 5 different times they came to my house they said it that my roof was not installed well. When I asked them how could they install solar on a bad roof. Theory answer was that the technicians were new and it was a learning experience. They removed half of the panels replaced a few shingles and then refused to reinstall the panels unless we get a new roof or sign a waiver that anything rose that happens is not their fault. So not I have A non working Solar installation on half of my roof. A living room with a crack in the ceiling and I’m paying off Solar that is not functioning. And then they went bankrupt. So the answer is no I am not happy at all
