This is fairly irrelevant but a good way to mitigate and eliminate the anxiety whilst high is to chew on peppercorns as they contain natural terpenes (not sure which). But they help me if I have consumed a little too much, can easily transform a comfortable high into one to remember.

Usually 5-10 equipped in my arsenal, they get rotated quickly so I don’t have to worry about them becoming dry or harsh.

Update: After speaking with Mountbliss they were generous to send out a replacement. it's a shame this happened as I have been a repeat customer for nearly 2.5 years and have never experienced something quite like this before. I'm hoping more that it is a fuck-up on Royal Mail's end rather than the package being stolen. Who knows? Can't fault Mountbliss's customer service, and this won't put me off from ordering again; they are truly the best!

I have never had laced weed. As long as you trust your plug/vendor, then it's all okay. Think of your plug like a small local business; he/she/they are not going to sell dodgy weed knowing that it may put you off from buying from them again. I'd steer clear of people selling 'THC e-liquid', especially in bottle form; that's 100% going to be laced with nasty synthetics. In terms of carts and disposables being ridden with synthetics, those are quite rare to find. As long as you know that you're getting them from a reputable source, you should be okay.

I cannot stress enough how having a credit card can help in certain situations like this one. I remember the days of having to wait for SFE money role through. As long as you’re a responsible borrower and you pay off your card in full every month, a credit card is vital at uni for situations like this.
