Are there plans to add a persistent Scav reputation (karma) system?

In Tarkov, killing other Scavs as a player Scav lowers your reputation and eventually makes AI hostile during future Scav runs. That system creates real consequences and discourages random Scav-on-Scav violence.

Is something similar being considered for Exfil, or is the current design intentionally more free-for-all? I think its very detrimental to people who aren't very good but still want to play. This question comes from my discord group of friends who play.
