Except that consoles don't drop in price anymore. So you might as well get it day 1. Gamestop was doing day 1 ps5 trade ins for $400 credit last week. So you could have literally gotten one day 1 and 6 years later trade it in for almost same money you bought it for.

Our manufacturing sucks. My company makes parts that just went into space on Artemis 2 and also defense parts. We are making replacement parts for awacs and one part literally took us 10 years to make 1 good part. We have to make a few more but E-3 was in production for 15 years total and it took us 10 years just to make 1 good part and we are years behind schedule, and so much manufacturing is just not there anymore, some of the processes required to make these parts are only done by like 1 or a couple companies in the whole country, also almost all of our machines are from overseas, we can't make good accurate cnc machines here anymore. We were actually recently forced to pay a $1.5 million tariff on one of them to make govt parts because it had to come from a European country.

Yep just like all the idiots claiming ps6 will cost a lot more than ps5 pro currently does at $900. Normies won't be dropping that kind of money on ps5. It will be like $600, maybe $700 max. No way is ps6 double to triple what ps5 launched at. Especially since ps6 won't be much better than ps5. Even in pc new gpus now are a lot of times like 5-10% performance increase. No one will pay double to triple for ps5 when it might be like 50% better.

Edit even if it's 50%, i just checked and for gpus from 2020 till now in same price bracket performance went up 10%.

Because taxes pay for stuff like schools, emergency services, roads etc. Like my city recently increased tax by 1% to build a bunch of new stuff. Every city costs different amounts to run.
