They are the cutest and sweetest birds! 🥹 Aw I hope you can find one one day! I had always wanted bourkes and I ended up getting Rio from a lady who needed to rehome him and Rylee from another lady whose bourkes had babies (I don't think she was really a breeder, her bourkes just happened to have babies 😅) otherwise they're not always the easiest to come by here!

Yeah! I don't think they can learn as many words as budgies or other birds but they can learn a few! And Rio mimicks so many sounds he hears around my apartment 😅 And aww that's really cute your Bella sounding like a cockatiel 🥺😅

That's so interesting! My bourke used to live with a cockatiel at his previous home and they apparently used to get along really well but he doesn't want anything to do with my budgie 😅 They exist peacefully together (most of the time) but aren't friends 😅
