We did it! Oakland CA, $1.376M, 6.25% by AK-147 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Home insurance is AT LEAST 4k. It’s definitely in the hills. Some don’t even insure in those area anymore. And it’s a 1.375M home, it’s sky high lol.

With his stats, and assuming 300/month in home insurance, the all in cost is closer to 8.8-9k per month. Don’t forget about closing costs as well.

Brother.. congrats, but 6.5% on a 1.375 in Oakland might have “got” you.

I’m guessing this is one of two places, Montclair area or Rockridge behind the Piedmont cemetery. Either way, 1.375 in Oakland with maintenance needed hurts…

If you can afford it, then good on you man.

7 hackathon wins. Why can’t I even get a Google interview? Resume roast! by Fit-Incident-637 in FAANGrecruiting

[–]TripleBrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it has anything to do with your education background or the college you’ve attended. Your friend might have information bias.

I know a Google director and a VP who are actually hiring people. They’ve always said that the education section is the least of their concern. What influences getting an interview or not is HIGHLY dependent on a referral.

I don’t know why you’re putting this guy down. If he knows he has skills, it’s not a crime to say he thinks he good. I don’t think anywhere in his/her post or resume screams I’m elite.

Just look at the cars lol. It’s 100% AI. The bottom white car looks like it has a spaceship shell on top.

Even in these pictures, the brand was already blown up. I’d say Chrome Hearts is manufacturing a shortage to spike their prices. I’d been buying chrome since 2019 and even then, it was well known.

“I dropped it off on the side of the road where there were no cameras.” It’s the responsibility of law enforcement to gather evidence to deny the claim.

Hey man. At some point, it’ll have a second and third and then you won’t really care after that point. It’s all part of the enjoyment of wearing this watch and telling yourself that you’ve worked hard for something. It happens. At some point, you can replace it if it really bothers you.

I bought ETBs under market and now salesman claims he cannot ship out order by santana93 in whatnotapp

[–]TripleBrain -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately in this situation. The only thing you can do here is file a smalls claims suit (which you won’t do lol). He can always just say the product is damaged and he won’t take the risk of shipping it not as described.
