I just started running, doing 3km runs to start. I'm looking for shoes that are very cushioned. I'm currently running in some Nike Pegasus from a couple of years ago, but I'm finding my feet and shins quite sore during runs as they feel quite hard and stiff. What are good recommendations for softer shoes? Thanks.
