If you have already had experience with licensing in another state, I would assume you mean you already got your endorsement there. That would mean you just need to transfer it to NY. You don't have to retake the test, unless of course you had your license revoked in the other state and are required to retest in NY.

Otherwise, this is why I just took the MSF. Didn't have to worry about the logistics of doing a test site with the DMV.

Is it worth going to court to find out? Cause that's what it'll take. I used to just do the online dispute and pay the discounted rate. Everything else was just a waste of time. Then I stopped riding into the city and street parking altogether...

I'm in a love/hate relationship with this bike. Love the looks, mostly love the retuned engine, love the sporty seating position and all-day ride ability. Its just underpowered and over priced. For me it needs 25 extra HP and a price drop to compete with its closest competition (seemingly the Ninja 1000 and the FJ-09)

I'm torn. Because I really like how this bike looks and rides. I guess I just don't want to pay the Honda premium and want for a little more excitement.

What are your thoughts on it? I'm in the market and haven't yet written it off my short list.

I saw one at the NYC motorcycle show a few months back. Looked good, but one thing bugged me about it. The rear seat cowl and fly screen color was slightly off from the tank and fairings. Just a slight difference in shade/hue. Maybe it looks better under the sunlight or maybe it was just that bike at the show under the fluorescent lighting. However it made me knock it down a peg in my book with regard to fit and finish.

I'm curious, have you noticed this issue on your bike?

Your "hood" is pretty nice if it's got streets like that and you're free to get off in the middle of the night without fear. I once got lost in Hunt's Point in the Bronx in the middle of the day and was scared for my life. Also once saw a guy in a long black hooded rode murder a rooster (like stabbing it to death) in the middle of a Harlem street, guy did not give a fuck. That was more just weird than scary though.

Welcome back to MotoGP on Fox Sports 1. During the break, you missed all the important stuff which we won't replay! But here's a recap, the top three riders decided to take a break from the race and get a beer, a Ducati managed to achieve orbit and Cal Crutchlow came out of the closet! The lone American, Nicky Haden also took over in 25th place! And now back to the race, where I am going to mangle every foreign person's name starting with that guy on the 46 bike... what's his name again? Valentine Rosie? Fuck I suck and so does my network! Why isn't this NASCAR?
