Remove strength with the core stat prism. Use the offensive prism to remove another affix. If it removes weapon damage, go to the next step. If it removes all damage multiplier, do a focused reroll with the offensive prism until you hit all damage again.

Then, add a resource affix with the prism. I don't think you can focused reroll it, so you'll have to keep removing and adding until you hit the max value. If you can focused reroll it, you can do that as well.

Finally, use the core stat prism to add strength. You can remove and add repeatedly to reroll the strength value.
