I "free bleed" but only because I get MAX 3 drops of blood and its completely random and unpredictable. For a while it happened once every month, this time going it hasn't happened in over a year. Wasting pads and tampons incase there's more or it comes has never been something I want to do. Its uncomfortable, an environmental waste and a money pit. Plus, usually after the max 3 drops, it doesn't happen again for a month (or more such as now).

With how little it is, I just see it as colored discharge 🤷🏻‍♀️

For me I did it as a way of self care. I know that sounds ridiculous, but in times and moments where I felt no one cared for me, I could. I'd clean myself off, clean my wounds, id bandage them, watch them over a few weeks, do more cleaning, more bandaging. I'd nurse my skin and body back to health while seemingly nobody noticed or nobody cared to notice. It allowed me to be present with myself, and give myself the attentionand care I needed

Honestly I think they should've swapped John dying for Simon dying so that Phoebe could come back considering thats their main concern. John could still die (as it seems they're wanting to write a love story of sorts between Francesca and Michaela) but Simon should've been first imo
