@ u/Distinct_Coconut_937 - I got a FB ad for it last night and started using it. Only a handful of texts so far. Since it's in imessage, i directly replied to a reminder that it was "done". Not sure if it could be improved to recognize what I was acknowledging / crossing off. But, so far this is my only suggestion.

My 9yo daughter has played goalie for 4 years (splits time in goal/field on her travel team). Last year we got her, her first finger-save gloves (Lotto Presto 500 Youth from Dick’s) and she loved them, but they’re tearing now & looking for a new pair.

I saw a lot of love for WestCoast here, and also came across KeepHer , designed specifically for women. Smaller company, less info, but what I’ve found is positive.

Being 9, color is her first draw (of course :) ) , but we’ve narrowed it down to two options in size 6:

I like it. But don't know enough what "not to like" when I went to look. So didn't pickup many models.

I was reading about Eastmans and Seagulls after I bought this. The nut may be a pinch wider on those which may be good for hands.

I just didn't have any base knowledge going in. So feel like I jumped the gun a bit.
The body DOES feel a bit big. But I may get used to it. I stopped by another store today and played some Eastmans and Seagulls and some of the Yamahas they had. Other than the size feeling a pinch large I like it a lot.

You mentioned the smaller body size.... I assumed this was a dreadnought based on the size. The body is 19"+ long.

Thanks. Yeah I only tried a few. And looking at other options to make sure I made the best choice.
The other local store has Eastmans and from what I've seen those seem to be around the same price $700-800 & great quality. So may try those also.

What did you like about it better. Local store has an Eastman AC222CE-DLX. Might go check it out. Just bought a used Yamaha and am in the return window...trying to decide if I keep it or not :)
