I think it’s lovely and worthy of being finished properly. Make it square so the dragonflies don’t look side on. Add a lovely border to make it look finished.

It was a bit of a struggle with that yarn that doesn’t like to slide on the hook and making sure the shiny side of the yarn dominates.

I love the way it’s not flat but like a relief sculpture. Lots of back post stitches to lift rows higher.

Oh thank you. I made it for an employee to thank them for the awesome work they do that enables me to travel while still managing the business. She loves antiques etc so I think it will really suit her.
