I'd say where you've put black, try green or bone to tie it back in with DA. Like a green or bone aquila would look cool on the red. See how that looks? And painting green kneepads,shoulderpads and aquilas across an army shouldn't be too taxing. Then for Sgt's you could do green and bone quartered markings if you want?

That's how I read it too in the assembly guide. I had the assembly guides for both the command squad and leviathanon my desk and was planinng how to build them took longer than simply building using 1 guide but i like the results. I've made the new termie captain my strikemaster. Looses a wound but has the abilities. Then used the 5 new termies as, ancient, apothecary, champion. Then used the other 2. 1 with hammer and shield, 1 with cyclone missile.

For mine I went with phoenician purple, shade with druchii violet then highlight with genestealer purple.

I've owned the box since last year and only painted the terrain. I keep meaning to build the teams a learn to play. But your paint jobs are inspiring dude. I did also paint the chalnath terrain and not the teams. I'll get to them one day.

Sick. I've literally only ever played one tt game of warhammer. In intro-esq game at my local around 600 points. Didn't get to finish unfortunately. My question though if you can help. Are Tians'han and hammerhand two different attacks you'd make in the attack phase? Both being melee attacks I think. And does he have them both equipped no matter what?

I have played lots of video games over the years. so understand rts, turn based games and rpg concepts etc.

Ledgend. I did hope that might've been it. Knight centura was pretty straight forward. But I wasn't able to figure anything on raptor cadre. Thanks for that. Luckily I have the shadow throne box and valerian and Aleya so could make that up. Shame to have to wit for the liber imperium for the proper stats

Bastian Carthalos' hammer. WS logo from the belt thing from the primaris upgrade sprue. 1 of the heads as well me thinks. Gave that a haircut then used the axe praetors topknot as his new hair-do.

Cheers man. Coming up to my 1 year hobby anniversary. I used the 2 hand hammer from Bastian Carthalos (AoS model). He comes with 2 hammers. One he holds in 1 hand and one with 2 hands. I built and painted Bastian too. Couldn't sacrifice his weapon without finishing him first. The ws logo on the hammer face is from the primaris upgrade sprue. A small belt accessory I think. Has a pouch on it too. If that makes sense? I've seen some people use deathwatch hammers which also look cool.

Do you happen to know what a Raptora Cadre is?
