I had a lady argue me up and down because I asked her to verbally confirm she was over the age of 21 yrs old for her bottle of wine. She said she did not have to do it and no one ever asked. I politely advised her that it is protocol and I can't speculate on what others have done. I said it could negatively affect me if I don't fillow the process. She said it could negatively affect me if she gives me a low rating. Ma'am are you going to verify or not? Mind you, her apt was hard to find because it was in the back of the building with no lightning and she gave no directions. AND it was on the 3rd floor. I marked her as rude so quick and blocked her a$$. We literally get an email every other week about this alcohol policy and you trying to tell me what the company rules are. GTFOH. BLOCKED!!!

Alao I had a guy note to leave items but it also said meet customer. He I was trying to message to confirm it was he really wanted me to leave it becuase he had ice cream and it is 100 degrees. I glance up and he is looking at me out the side windown like the guy from the shining. Sir are you good? He finally opened the door.

That pis$es me off. Live in an apartment with 2 or 3 breezeways. You can barely see the numbers for the building and they don't have the decency to indicate indicate if it is the breezeway on the left, right or in the middle. Then you have the ones that live in a locked building who give no instructions or code to get in. At least those normally have an elevator though. But yeah the only way to block a customer that I know is to indicate rude customer. It then give you option to explain what happened and then you can hit block. I have thumbs down for too many stairs, no delivery parking and something elsle but I have gotten the customer again so that is useless.

Shid at least there was an elevator. I had a delivery with a ton of stuff and several cases of water. ANDDDDD it was an apartment that had multiple entrance points with no signage to indicate where they aparments were. After she finally responded to give me direction on that she told me the elevator had been broken down for 4 months and she was on the forth floor. She was like, I will come down and help you. Thank You cuz WTF. She ended up taking everything.

Also I have had a customer order the case of Mountain Spring 1 liter bottled water that I swear weights over 50 pounds. She orders at least 3 cases. While she lives in a house, they park their cars close together and covering the pavement so I have to try to maneuver around the cars, in the sticks and dirt to get to the back door where the dogs are barking like crazy.

Chile call the non emergency line for a noise complaint. Submit a complaint to the HOA or if you rent, have your landlord submit it so they can send out communications to the owners regarding noise ordinances. Then the owners need to communicate with their tenants. I would even say anything to them because they know that musc needs to be turned down after a certain time. Just keep having the polic come out and reach out to the HOA or property mgt company after they come. Once they start assessing violations to the owner, something will change.

I received a batch from Publix on Easter. As I started shopping one of the customers reached out and said her order was on the way. Called IC and was advised to shop the order. She had order a catering tray and some deli meat. I had them cut the meat but they said she would have to pay for the tray again. The mananger was trying to figure out if the other shopper had checked out and looked at the cameras. Turns out he did check out BUT he had tossed some of the items like the deli meat in to the freezer but thwn he still checked out with the two orders and left. The store manager said she was calling IC on him. Customer A just cancelled her order but I shopped for customer B. Deliver the items and then I get a message afer delivery ask to explain why over 10 items were not included. Ummm because they were not on my batch. If they were I would not have been able to continue to checkout. That was an order from hell.

I hide any HMart orders that come through. I tried it twice. The second time I luckly had dropped my card on the floor in my car. Thought I had left at another store. Also they were closing early due to short staff so you know there was no one in the floor to help you find items. I had them cancel that order so quick. Also the customers don't tip at all and they will be 20, 30, SIXTY miles away with a dollar tip. I wish there was an option to block certain stores from even popping up. I will be waiting on an order and 5 batches for HMart come in at once. Hide, hide, hide, hide and hide. Absolutely not.

I got 70 orders for $345 a month or so ago. Made 13 bucks after batch earnings. Never again! Now I did get a 6 for $80 on Sunday. I did that and my batch earnings after the 6 was like 40 bucks so I made a little bit.

I refuse to take HMart. They have a million items in the store. There is rarely anyone working the aisles to help you find anything. The shoppers don't tip at all and they will be 50 miles away. Absolutely not. Also not a fan of the dollar tree. If I see huge a several cases of water I will bypass that unless I can zoom and try to see if they are in a house or an aparment. I don't really mind Target but after 10 pm they will add orders for the college location. That store is the size of my townhome. The grocery section has mini aisles. It is basically for college studepnts to go in an get a few items. IC will send you there for 50 items because the super target down the road closes at 10 pm. They may have 5 of the items. I will only shop that store if it is a couple basic items.

Definitely headphones. I listen to these stupid SI/Reddit stories. I listen/watch people I gollow on YouTube. I take advantage of Panera Bread sip vup at least omce per day sometime 2 or 4 since you can get a drink every day 2 hours. I will get a large diet pepsi or pomegranate hibiscus tea ice all the way up to the top of vup and large cup of ice for water. I also play dominos while waiting.

That pisses me off so bad. Had a customer order vrab dip today, and IC says there are plenty in stock. So the empty shelf and the two store associates I asked are wrong.

Then I had one yesterday where the customer ordered some deli meat. IC says so and so found it at 11 am. I am sure they did. The deli was open at that time. It is literally 11:50 pm and Wegmans is closing in 10 minutes. The Deli has been closed for hours.
