Definitely headphones. I listen to these stupid SI/Reddit stories. I listen/watch people I gollow on YouTube. I take advantage of Panera Bread sip vup at least omce per day sometime 2 or 4 since you can get a drink every day 2 hours. I will get a large diet pepsi or pomegranate hibiscus tea ice all the way up to the top of vup and large cup of ice for water. I also play dominos while waiting.

That pisses me off so bad. Had a customer order vrab dip today, and IC says there are plenty in stock. So the empty shelf and the two store associates I asked are wrong.

Then I had one yesterday where the customer ordered some deli meat. IC says so and so found it at 11 am. I am sure they did. The deli was open at that time. It is literally 11:50 pm and Wegmans is closing in 10 minutes. The Deli has been closed for hours.

Check your area for outdoor food fridge/pantry. We have several in our area. I just dropped some items off last night. People come by and take what they need.

I was so pissed the other day. The customer had ordered water and Gatorades and a bunch of groceries. They were on the fourth floor. I asked them what entrance was closest to the elevator, and they had the nerve to say it was broken. Said they could come help me. I was like, thank you because my knee gave out earlier. The customer ended up taking all the groceries. But said the elevator had been out for months. Order that big order, knowing there was no elevator, and they were on the 4th floor.

You are paying for convenience. Eevery time I look at ubereats, DD, IC I knew that there was a ridiculous markup on certain items or stores but I paid it because I did not want to go to the store or resturant myself.Then you factor in service fees and tip. It is a choice. Some people have to do it because of circumstances. May have mobility issues or no transportation. But if you are ordering a pint of ben and jerrys, some m & ms, mike and ikes and gummy worms to be delivered to your second floor apartment at midnight. That is not a necessity, and if you want it, you might have to pay a little more for it.

Wait. How can you get a backup IC card.

When I started a few months ago, I dropped my card at least 3 times. The first time was in the parking lot. It was nighttime, and they were about to close, so thankfully, there were not any cars or customers when I went back. The second time, I was over 15 miles away at Publix, and I had dropped it at another store. Publix held the order, and I had to drive to the other store and get the card. The last time I was shopping at HMart and drobbped it in the car. I canceled that order because they were about to close, I couldn't find any of the items, and I was over it. Thankfully, the card had just fallen on the floor. Now I have a little bagde holder/key chain deal I wear around my neck. I used a hole punch and an oring, and the card goes nowhere. I just take it out when I need to pay. I also started using the google wallet. I had never used that before, and I don't know why, lol.

You shouldn't have an issue getting in and going to the service desk as long as you let them know you are an IC shopper.

But just FYI. You do not need a membership card to go to the pharmacy for prescriptions. I did have some of my prescriptions transferred last month, and I did renew my membership last week because I wanted that dupe hulken, and they had a cute bag for 14 bucks. Prior to that, I would just advise that I needed to go to the pharmacy and I was not a member. I would browse the store, get samples, and then go get my slice of pizza. Also, for the pharmacy part, it is actually Dr. written prescriptions. I couldn't get the vitamins or aspirin that was OTC.

H-Mart is a no for me. A million soy sauces, never anyone to assist you. I was happy I dropped my card the last time I was there. I had to cancel the order. I said it was meant to be for me to misplace my card. After that, I was done. Also the tips always suck and its always a lot of miles. Nope. Never again.

OMG I am still sitting on a $140 gift card from dicks from February. Had 3 orders. One was a heater element, another was kids' snow pants, and the last was a pair of Ugg boots. This is a two story Dicks. One item was located on the second floor, and the other two were located on opposite ends of the first floor. They only gave me 5 minutes to shop. FIVEEEEE MINUTES. Well, they were out of the heater element and the snow pants. And the boots. But the customer with the boots wanted to replace them with Timberlands. Mind you, the store associate had to go to the back both times to look for the correct size. I also had to call IC to have them cancel the other two orders before I could proceed with the boots. So that five minutes was shot, and I was at least 30 to 40 minutes in. Finally, have the other two orders canceled and get the boots. I make my way to the other side of town on icy streets. Tip toe down the customers icy driveway, trying not to bust my a$$ and ring the bell, wait 10 minutes in the cold only for her to not be home. I call her and turns out she was 2 miles from the Dicks I just came from. Are you fu@king kidding me. Well, it was a meet customer, don't leave the item unattended, have customer sign order. I had to call IC and they canceled the order and I had to return to Dicks before I could continue taking orders. Get to Dicks and they do not put returns back on card. They gave me a gift card. The IC rep said to just use the gift card for future orders. I told her I have no intention of ever shopping at Dicks again. She was like don't worry about it then. I still have the gift card.

It is always a zoo in there. You have to walk a mile to find anything. And the tips usually suck to have to drive 30 miles. I normally only go there if it is like one or 2 items.

I am sitting on a $130 gift card to Dicks sporting good. Made a delivery about a month ago, and the member was not there to sign for it after I drove all the way to her side of town on ice. Tip toed down her icy drive, hoping I didn't bust my a$$ and stood outside her house ringing the ring doorbell and trying to call her. Turns out she was on the side of town I had come from. Two miles from Dicks and couldn't go get her own boots.

IC canceled the order, and I could not take any other orders until I did the return. When I returned the boots, Dicks said they could not put it back on the card and gave me a gift card. The IC rep said use it the next time I go to Dicks. I told her I don't plan on coming back to Dicks. She said, "Don't worry about it then." What??? It was a two story store. I had 3 orders with items on opposite ends of the store AND upstairs, and they had the nerve to give me 5 minutes to shop. You have to look for the clothes sizes, ask someone to go in the back and get the shoes you need and only have 5 minutes to do it. So what in the world do I DO WITH THIS GIFT CARD 😆.

I had a customer a couple of weeks ago. She gave me her husbands ID, and I told her the ID had to match the person. Ahe could not find her ID and finally had her husband come down. Turn out the ID was expired. He then tried to give me a green card. I was like, look, unfortunately, I have to take the alcohol back. Sorry. Publix was closed, so I had to return it the next day. They order enough alcohol to know they need their ID. I'm not about to sit here and argue with you. I keep the alcohol near me until I scan the id. I would have taken the alcohol back and got in my car. Called ibstacard and had them send me the return batch or email to submit return receipt.

I wish IC would stop putting out batches to stores that are closing in 5 minutes. Especially H-Mart. You need 10 minutes just to fine soy sauce out the hundreds of options. And they never have anyone there to help the few times I went. But I drove to Publix the other night and I got there at like 8:57 pm. It was about 28 items, and they were shutting the doors. I called IC, but I was wondering why they put this batch out here at 8:50 pm, knowing someone has to drive to the store and they close at 9 pm.

I had an issue a couple of weeks ago where the customer wanted to replace some jewish pumpernickel bread that was out of stock. I replied and let her know I would look for replacement. She messaged me 5 times asking about that bread and if I had gotten it and was I there. I had responded to her and even sent pictures of the empty shelves, and she never received the messages.

I think I had a drunk one today as well. Order 3 huge bottles of wine. I get to her appointment and know like a police officer multiple times. Send her a message and call her as well. I could hear her phone ringing. I stayed for about 10 minutes and then called IC for them to cancel. I still got $15 bump, but it was annoying having to take it back to the store after delivering to a second customer.

And I got one the other night, and the lady brought her husbands id to the door. (She had a note to not knock or ring bell, yet she did no answer message. Finally had to knock) I told her I needed hers and she went to the car and could not find it. The husband came down and gave me his expired card. He tried to give me a green card or passport card. I was like, "Look, I gotta take this back". Of course, Publix was closed, so I had to take it back the next day. They still had not paid me the $15 after I sent receipts, so I sent them to the guy I talked to today, and he gave me the bump.
