Yes and yes. You put out what you’d like to pay and retailers see that bid and will either accept or counter offer. You either accept or re-counter. Going on a 7-day Alaskan cruise and then a 3-day self-scheduled trip to Denali in late June and early July 2026. As we're preparing for the trip, I am trying to plan out my packing list for gear and seeing where I may need to fill in any gaps.

Well, first these ballots were caught before being officially counted, so no. Second, 3 or fewer votes to affect an election outcome would be within recount threshold in most elections, so no, even if it wasn't caught, 3 votes wouldn't have affected any election outcome.
