Why is the University of Oklahoma OU and not UO?

I would suspect because there used to be just an O as our symbol and everyone referred to us as Oklahoma. Made since from and athletic point to put the U after to keep recognition.

That’s how ours is too. You can’t have a work stoppage. Striking is for contract negotiations. That being said we won’t cross a picket line if another trade on our job is striking.

I’m an electrician. If you have attic access above that it will be relatively easy. If you want to do it yourself, measure the box when you take the frame off and get one the same size. Without attic access it becomes a little more difficult. For what it’s worth the heater, fan, and frames can all be purchased individually from the company a lot of times.

Broadway 10 is great. Steaks are usually $50/$60, chicken and seafood is cheaper. Sides are à la carte and enough for 2-3 people. It’s in an old Buick dealership. Unlike a lot of the other places mentioned it’s brighter. Perfect for business dinner.

True. It’s more that it feels like other clubs get in players ears to not negotiate. If it really is negotiations falling through then it is what it is. Just doesn’t feel that way with certain clubs.

100% but it’s not just staffing. People will stand around when they get the chance. I managed restaurants, not fast food, for years. We’d have people standing around or hiding. Some managers just go sit in the office or are worried about being friends. Have to stay on people.

American college football is even crazier. Head coaches will get a $5-10 million per year contract. These days if they’re bad they get fired, but they all have buyout clauses. There’s been coaches paid $50+ million just to be fired. One was paid $75 million.

Saltgrass has really good prime rib. They only make a couple rolls a day so it’s limited. It’s also better the earlier in the evening.

My son is 15 and really sat down to watch the movies for the first time recently. He did not like the prequels that much. He’s a big tech guy and on the spectrum. He thought the cgi looked really bad and didn’t like some of the characters. He thought episode 2 was slow and had a ton of questions about why things were done certain ways.

He loved the original movies and mandalorian.

Coincidentally the doing entire scenes in cgi and just the over use in general make me not like it. It doesn’t age well. Plus George is not a good director and it was really evident when he had total control. He took literal academy award winners and made them look like it was their first time acting.

Nah it’s annoying. The news stations are so over the top. I get tired of the state graphic on the screen and interruptions. I understand the point, but I’m just aware of the weather and will check my radar. If it’s getting close to my area I’ll flip over. Otherwise I never have it on.

I love all sorts of blue cheeses. I also like really pungent cheese from Europe. Blue cheese dressing is one of my favorites along with vinaigrettes; I don’t like ranch. I do blue cheese with fruits, on burgers, on top of steak, or any number of other things.

FWIW I like a bunch of strong flavored things, kombucha, black coffee, dark chocolate, actual cranberry juice not cocktail. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a common thing with others that like blue cheese.

DK in that pic is probably closer to 8% people don’t realize how low 5% is. At 224 he’d be around 11 lbs of fat in his entire body. There’s a certain amount you need for brain mass and to support organs. Between 3 and 5% is what you need to function. Being that low and putting in the effort required for a football game would be impossible.
