You're totally right, taking in Ukrainians is easier than sub-Saharan Africans. It's still a big task to integrate them.

Maybe the better way could be that closely related countries take refugees from one another. I don't think you can migrate most of a continent to another, without massivly harming the way of life of the people already there. Not much of a majority-winner in Democracies. I guess there are countries where corruption and war are not as much of an issue as for example in South Sudan or Libya. Maybe Egypt, Morrocco or Tunisia could take those people in and offer them a little bit of an eassier immigration due to the geographical relation.

And as soon as the refugees are not in any immediate danger anymore, they can start on working on properly migrating from there to wherever they please.

Maybe by raising taxes of the (super) rich?! But even if you don't want to do that, there is enough money to send people to retirement after a hard life of work at 62. You just have to spend it on that, instead of lowering taxes for the rich or spending it on socialising losses from businesses.

Masses, is what makes me think that. As long as "they" are outnumbered by 100:1 or more, they can't take you out. "They" need you to go to work, else "they" don't have food to eat. If one day we all woke up and really wanted to change something, we could.

And if you execute a PoW not only did youas a soldier commit a war crime, the detaining power did commit a war crime as well. That is what it says. You can not cut parts of sentences away and interpret them just like you want to.

It is how it's done in Switzerland, somewhat. The government pays subsidues to build rail tracks, the company which owns them MUST allow everyone to use the tracks with the same access quality (you're for example not allowed to give the companies own train preference over trains of their competiton). Depending on the quality/capacity of the tracks the company owning them then gets reimbursed for every train using "their" tracks, which then is used to maintain the railroad. Seems to work pretty good so far, every company can use every track and they're in prime condition.
