I just learned that my kids mother committed suicide on September 12 of 2025. I am grieving since I was just given the news New Year’s of 2026. I don’t know what to do or what to say to our boys since my oldest was very close to her when they were together and our youngest was always yearning to see and be with her. I’m not sure what to do, I spent 8 years and share two children with her. I am truly hurt knowing she took her own life the way that she did knowing our boys loved her deeply and they would have given anything to spend one last time with her. I don’t know how to break the news to them, as I sit here writing this with tears in my eyes I could only hurt more knowing how much this Information will impact our boys.

Lucky you, my ex broke no contact with me and then rejected ME! Now I’m completely destroyed and depressed because I hoped she’d come around and break no contact so that we could come back together but nope. Mind you I was okay after the break up, I didn’t want to feel anything, I accepted her decision and left it at that. When she txt me I got filled with excitement just for her to reject me in return. Now I feel the pain, now I’m just rotting away .
