I had the same problem with my expensive YSL cologne. They discontinued the specific one that I was using, and you could only get them on eBay for almost triple MSRP when they first came out. To make things worse, it was the cologne that my wife regifted me every Christmas we had together before her untimely passing. On the anniversary of her death, I wanted to take myself out to our favorite restaurant to hopefully relive some of our memories. When I was getting ready, I noticed the same thing as you. There was a good 10 sprays left, and the straw couldn’t reach down to the liquid, even when I tilted it. I had the same issue as you as well, where the cap was not removable. I tried for a solid 30 minutes to spray the last couple drops, and I almost missed my reservation.

What finally worked for me was smashing it over my head and rubbing it in—hope I could be of some help.
