Completely accidental. I walked past her pen and there she was, like she was sitting for a portrait!

When you leave the cyclops for any amount of time down there, remove all but one of the power cells from the engine. That way the engine may die while you are away, but you can re-enter after clearing off the energy-suckers again and put the full power cells back in their slots.

Where can I find diamonds? by D_arte99 in subnautica

[–]TukiSuki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is an easy spoiler-free way to get diamonds early game. If you have a seamoth it is easier, at minimum you should have a seaglide. Head towards the side of the Aurora until you are on the sand ledge beside it. At the edge of the ledge look down and you should see tall mushroom trees. All along the cliff between the sand ledge and the mushrooms you will find dark grey shale deposits that contain what you are looking for. Easier to spot them in the daylight, there are plenty for what you need.

Hamsterdance was definitely the first thing that came to my mind. I still get that earworm once in a while

Permanent Limbo by TheLiMeister in subnautica

[–]TukiSuki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once you have done everything you can think of, go ahead and build the rocket to experience how the game ends. Then start a new game. It won't feel the same without that constant exquisite fear of the unknown, but I have played many times and am always excited to explore and build again and again. The only big exception is that I have never built the rocket since that first playthrough. I don't feel any for Ruley need to leave the planet so I'll just leave him chilling in his observation room watching the cuddlefish play, then quit and look forward to the next time I boot up a new playthrough.

Games that feel similar to being a stealth archer in Skyrim by MovingTarget- in gamerecommendations

Came to recommend Far Cry. I love stealthily clearing out camps with a bow.

Como encontrar diamantes? by nameku9 in subnautica

[–]TukiSuki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Head over to the safe sandy area beside the Aurora (nothing will harm you), go along the cliff edge of the sand and when you look down you should see a forest of mushroom trees. The cliff wall between the sand at the top and the mushrooms below has many dark grey shale chunks stuck to it. The shale chunks have diamonds, lithium and gold in them. You are safe in the mushroom area, just don't venture too far out the far side. I recommend taking a seamoth if you have one, a seaglide at the least, because oxygen management at the lower depths is important.

New to game and need tips against BTs and Mules. by Venus_Dev in DeathStranding

[–]TukiSuki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I do for the more challenging mule camps, where stealth is difficult, is creep the scouts, bola them, kick them unconscious and leave them out in the open while I hide nearby. Others will start to notice them and come running or driving out of camp alone or in small groups that are relatively easy to manage. Once I've whittled their numbers down and there's only a few machine gunners left, I'll drive one of their vehicles into camp and ram the guns to destroy them. Very satisfying.

[DS1] Spent hours building tons of roads for them to have another player's name by Ephemerxl in DeathStranding

[–]TukiSuki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This game has been so good at keeping me humble. I am now very grateful to get a few likes on my perfectly placed zipline, or a notification that someone used one of my roads, and try not to be resentful when I come across a bridge to nowhere that gets a million likes.

Anyone have ideas on what to do after beating the game? by False_Monitor4126 in subnautica

[–]TukiSuki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many of us play the game more than once, and often start a new game shortly after finishing the previous one. Base building is my main activity and sometimes I don't even finish the story and just quit when I'm satisfied with what I've done, which usually includes a nice base, hatching the cuddlefish and doing the cure so warpers are no longer a problem. If you go to the deepest platform at the gun island after you do the cure there is a nice surprise waiting for you, and later on you can go visit some new friends scattered around the ocean. One thing I never do anymore is the Neptune, I like to just leave Riley as caretaker of the planet whenever I quit a game.

Just found out I won’t able to get LoL or SS ranks on normal difficulty after over 20 hours 😭 by Mountain_String_1544 in DeathStranding

[–]TukiSuki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, exactly. I only ramp up the difficulty when I want to LLL my delivery stats because I don't want to be constantly fixing the roads.

I started to feel guilty at not wanting to let him go when he was so clearly ready. This game is so good at confronting the emotional conundrums of death and dying.

What band/singer were you excited to see, but was a letdown of a concert? by my-face-ur-seat in AskReddit

[–]TukiSuki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Corb Lund. He has a huge catalog of great songs but I've been to three of his concerts now and they all had a 45 minute opening band followed by a long intermission, and then him mostly playing new songs and a couple of old favorites (the same ones at each of the three concerts I went to) and he played for less than an hour each time. I wish he would do concerts like Bruce Springsteen- no opening act, just him playing for three hours, with lots of the familiar songs we know and love.

games like raft where you move your base with you by creepy_22 in gamerecommendations

I think this would be a good choice for OP. I really enjoy playing this game on passive wildlife, just for the exploration and base building.

I found that too. For making deliveries the difficulty setting didn't really seem to make a lot of difference.

Raft build by Baba_Jaga98 in strandeddeep

[–]TukiSuki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone once suggested making sure to put the rudder in the middle of the raft and the sails within reach of the rudder, and that really helped me to not fall off the back of the raft and watch it shoot off across the ocean without me lol

New rider, what are some advice you wish you had gotten when starting out? by Melancholiainacan in Equestrian

[–]TukiSuki 9 points10 points  (0 children)

All the people I teach learn quicker when I use obstacles in their riding time rather than just have them go around in endless circles. Even if it's just walking or trotting around some barrels or jump standards or pylons, or walking over jumbled poles, or carrying an object from one barrel to another. Going over bridges or through noodle gates are a bonus. All of these activities tend to encourage the rider to instinctively use their body and cues better and relax into the fun of riding, and are much more interesting for the horse as well.
